What to do for a zit? Help

I have this really bad zit on the tip of my nose rn. Its really big and red and shiny, and it is a huge looksmin, I've been getting less iois. How can I get rid of it, or at least what can I do to speed up its dissapearance?

dont touch it, nothing else than follow your basic routine whiles using tret. Idk if this will work but i see people use pimple patches which you can try

Pimple patches are good at concealing acne if you get ones that look like stickers, standard one would probably be more NT on the nose tho
