What to do for acne scars?

i took accutane and no longer have acne but i’m left with these scars i have been using 0.5% tretinoin and dark spot correcting serum and spf daily but the scars still remain i have nearly finished my first bottle of serum and 50g tube tret i don’t think i can get more tret as mom doesn’t wanna book another appointment to get prescribed not sure if i can get it over the counter. these scars really piss me off because i can’t tan until they are gone what should i do? get them lazered after i finish tret? any help appreciated

Pretty sure you'd need some professional lasering, those are the kind of scars Tret doesn't do much for

well, u can try, u can use accutane for a while longer, but if u dont get good results, ur path is subcision. Ur skin may improve a little over time, since when have u been using it?

i already finished accutane and that doesn’t help with scars only acne

Accutane is very hard for skin so I prefer tret, I use the one from skinorac so you can try there
