mirin means admiring someone's looks basically. like "wow i'm mirin his jawline"

tiktok is kinda a clown show for this stuff tbh, glad ur here. for the eye area lotta guys just focus on water intake and getting good sleep first. dark circles can get better with that. then maybe look into eye creams if u wanna get serious but start with the basics. don't overthink it too much rn
