So I’m in mid puberty and I’m 5, 10 should I take or is there any thing else i could take my height I want to be is atless 6,3 which I do think is possible off my brothers and fathers height who are both 6ft any other things I should take also I’m looking for one also for bone mass.

Brother if you’re 5,10 just get af1’s, they give about a inch then just say you’re 6,0 or 6,1

i dont think you need to waste your money if you are like 15 rn i was 6ft at 15 and currently 6ft6 barefoot puberty is over though , but I played shit load of basketball and volleyball daily ngl
