I already use tretinoin on my shit and I don’t don’t if its hyperpigmentation or my shits too recessed or the thin skin

you could try some low tret like 0.025% since it boosts collagen and yould thicken your skin overtime.
the skin under your eyes are pretty thin so dont overdo it
i recommend something like every 3 days, if you apply it on Monday, then is the Thurday the next time u will apply.
tbh pretty hard to fix eyebags/undereyes without surgery if its due to recessed infras.
