What to do for overbite, lower crowding and narrow palate

Holy shit my whole mouth is fucked up, first my upper plate is narrow, 6 teeth smile. Then i have an overbite, and lower crowding on the front bottom teeth. My face looks short and round so I look like a baby. I am a late bloomer tho so idk. But, What should I do for this whole mess? I’m late 16 y/o, i started puberty about like early 15 so i was pretty late

So just braces and patal expander can fix all of this? I’m going to an orthodontist soon, I think they also focus on the face structure as well, I just don’t wanna get fucked up. As I already kinda look goofy looking
