What to do for under eyes?

I have brownish purplish eye bags and curious on what to do. I use azelaic acid am and tret pm besides that good sleep and diet etc. I am thinking of some hardmaxs but just don't know exactly what. Any tips or help would be appreciated.

I have the money but just not sure if fat grafting is the right procedure. Might need to talk to a surgeon to see what the problem is.

ye . so ur infras are recessed wıth means no amout of cream/diet/sleep gonna change them but not a huge flaw just get everyting else

thanks but I will get surgery before the end of the year is the plan as since a little kid its been like this its probably my biggest insecurity. but when I am usually healthier and leaner it doesn't look as bad but yeah might get it done in Turkey or in current home country dont know yet

just say you are allergic to an eye cream or something i think recovery is roughly 2 weeks
