i have a lefort1+sarpe+braces planned for my bite problems and ive been told i need a double jaw surgery and genioplasty which isnt what the surgeon thought i needed in the consultation ive been at.im trying to hear more surgeons

anyways what procedures should i look at? im willing to do any procedure to fix me up

Id love to hear anything i can do to improve my situation-full hardmax from skincare to injections to whatever
