For 5 days. Just eat slop all day and skip gym


By day 2-3 you’ll want to go back to ur old ways. But you don’t. Continue being a chud


Once it’s day 5 you’ll be bursting to lock in again

I tried that but sometimes I just genuinely couldn’t lift the weight
