Should I cut first with 300 deficit
Or should I eat maintaince and workout
Keep in mind I lost my muscle mass probably around 3-5kg

Chronically high cortisol
Also stress and binge eating from being depressed as hell and hopeless mf
And it fucked up my insulin sensitivity
My fasted blood sugars are now 100
They were 85

Show a picture of your body and give us your stats (height and weight) first, most guys cannot estimate their body fat percentage properly.

If you were really 20% body fat, then training at maintenance calories would work, but you have to be sure you are really 20%, otherwise, you'll make no progress at all.
