Assymetrical lips, the top lip is much narrower than the bottom lip and it honestly looks retarded as fuck and it fucks up my harmony.

Should I grow a mustache to cover the top lip? Maybe try to dermaroll the top lip to make it appear more reddish and more full than it is?

Lip lift and maybe lip fillers. Just don't exaggerate with fillers cuz it's pretty risky as you can get botched pretty badly.

I don't think that's actually possible, if anything the vermillion border on the corners of your upper lip might lack fullness causing your upper lip to look narrow in relation to your lower lip.

If that's the case, you can fix it with a lateral vermillion advancement to change the height of the lateral vermillion border of the upper lip.

Perhaps fillers could fix it too, but I can't tell for sure.

What is your bite like? Class 3 and some other subtypes sometimes have unnaturally small upper lip so dental work might help. It could be genetics too, in that case there's fillers although I haven't seen a good result from that.
