Some background info:
We both are 21yo, we both go to uni(different). Currently neither of us have a flat so... thats impossible.

I don't care if it's inside or outside. But we live in the north so it's snowy.

You invite her there to watch a movie, listen music, etc... If sex will happen, then it will happen. Here in Romania pretty much all high-school and college kids have sex at home, very few can afford their own place, most people live with their parents well into their late 20s.
Back when I was in college, I would bring my gf at home, tell my parents we were studying, lock the door and put some music to cover any noises and we would have sex. There was a girl my class who lived in an old peasant house, she had sex in the living room with her bf, that place looked like it had even less privacy because it had two doors with glass windows, lol...
