what to do to ascend surgical and nonsurgical

i have a narrow lower jaw and asymmetries and i think my maxilla is flat on the right side of my face thats giving me all these asymmetries and my left gonion is inward giving me no shape from my front profile giving me more asymmetries and my nose is broken so it curved . what do i do to acsend
