I don't currently care about acne / skin issues or hair problems!
I have severe mucus and breathing / allergy problems and I'm trying everything in my power to fix those first but it's really hard. I have started proper mouth and tongue posture not long ago. Are there dental procedures or mouth guards to keep at night that might help? I know MARPE can be done until 25. Is it over?
