What to do to reduce the small bump in my forehead?

since i was born i had a bump on the left side of my forehead, doctors said this was caused due to being born with my twin brother

while its hardly visible, i find it annoying when i take side profile photos, and the fact because of it my hairline looks so much worse

and i actually did have have hairstyles that would cover my forehead but i like slickbacks
what surgery can reduce the bump and make my forehead structure
