What to do when no gummy smile+steep occlusal plane?

should i still get ccw through impaction(posterior downgraft isnt an option i guess as i dont have a short face) and show no teeth like a 60yo.

If you don't have enought teeth show you do an anterior downgraft for more teeth show

If the anterior downgraft is gonna make your occlusale plane more steep then you just downgraft from behind also, either you keep your current occlusale plane or you reduce it and it will add more BSSO

U cannot do that without bimax, some surgeon do lf1 only for more teeth show but they fuck the occlusale plane and steepen it

I actually have perfect teeth show from the front with only a little bit gum. From the sides though, more gum above the molars are exposed. Surgeon talked about maxillary impaction but that will basically lead the half of the teeth to be shown. And like i said, I still kinda have a long face. I think my long nose fucks me over. If it were not for it, I would have a gummy sile and I could safely get a impaction and CCW rotation.

what do you mean by reducing the occlusale plane? as in the opposite of making it steeper(more horizontal)?
