What's the best procedure to get when your jaw isn't even downswung? and your maxilla isn't even that recessed?
A lot of guys with that downswing and super recessed look shil BSSO and CCW a ton which I'm considering but I don't want too drastic of results.
Just more osseous chin and cheekbone projection since after all I don't look disabled like that. I just want more size and to have a chance at modeling. it's an investment in me.
