What to do whilst waiting for surgery

I'm talking about things that are above softmaxxes but still not quite hardmaxxes. I am 17 and aiming to get surgery at around 21. Apart from softamxxes which I have yet to do a lot of them, what are things I can do once all the softmaxxes are done and give significant progress?
I will do aqualyx for one. Anything similar to this grade of a looksmax?
