I just received a gram of reta but they're all in 50mg vials, and obv it is impossible to use 50mg in <28 days esp when I'm titrating up from a starting dose of 2mg/wk.

I can't split it into smaller vials and expect it to stay sterile, so what tf do I do?

If I always swab the top of the vial before drawing, could the reconstituted solution stay reliably sterile for 1.5-2 months which would be enough time to use 1 vial?

Idgaf about loss of potency (can up the dose accordingly) just sterility.

tbh have same problem with hcg since I have 6000IU vials and I only pin 750IU a week :rage:

u can use your reta up to 3 months After reconstituted, it just get less potent After time

the reconstituted solution can stay sterile forever as long as youre not reusing needles. the 28 day number youre thinking of is solely for bac water

Says the fucking pussy who can’t even do his trt intramuscular :lul:
Yea call me a pussy just bc you're wrong.

First of all, there is no upside to do a TRT DOSE intramuscularly as long as you don't get lumps, do you love accumulating scar tissue for no reason:forcedsmile:? If the volume is low enough where you can get away with subq, then subq is fine as they have identical overall bioavailability, albeit slower absorption.

I've tried IM too, and it has less PIP than subq JFL it has nothing to do with being a pussy, I just prefer not having massive scarring over years of TRT usage.

Calling me a pussy does not help with your case of being genuinely retarded either way.

You believe reconstituted vials can last years when it would degrade to damn near 0% potency way before the 1 year mark. Like sure ig have fun pinning 2 year old piss, even if you don't die of an infection it's just straight water.

You are so low IQ the best source you could find yourself was most likely off of some reseller's tiktok and you had the fucking audacity to call someone else out for overpaying, when you are no better.

You claimed that $300 for 200mg of GHK-CU and $200 for 30mg of reta was only overpaying by 70% on their post, when in reality it's overpaying by 1300%+ for the GHK and 900%+ for the reta,

which means you yourself are overpaying by a factor of 8.:lul::lul::lul:

You don't even know your own language despite growing up in the USA (it's not the education system you just have profound mental retardation). You don't know the difference between "your" and "you're". You don't know the difference between "affect" and "effect". You say "a" instead of "an" before words that start with vowels. You are a 20 IQ troglodyte.

In addition to being a division 1 bona fide retard, ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF YOUR LIFE are over with as well.

You're a fatass making posts asking how run DNP (chill tho I'm fat asf too I lowkey can't use ts as an argument:lul:)

You're a deathnic making posts asking how to become whiter.

You're an acnecel with shit genes making posts asking how to mitigate dry skin at only 10mg accutane.

You're a manlet making posts asking how to larp your way into getting a wrist xray to see if you still have potential to grow.

To be fair, trying to get an xray is not explicit proof of shortceldom,

but here is definitive proof:feelshmm::

You once claimed to have dropped from 240lb to 170lb over the span of half a year and was still not sub15% bf at that weight, having yet a few months left to go before you could begin to use AAS at a low enough bodyfat.

Given that you had just started 200mg of DNP a month after said post and mentioned that you still needed to lose an additional 35lb over the two subsequent months,

your target weight as stated by yourself is LESS THAN 135lb in order to get to ~15% bf % for AAS.

If you do the math, it is probable that you are approximately 5'6-5'7.

Not only are you retarded, you are a morbidly obese deathnic turbomanlet riddled with acne.

But sure bro I'm a pussy for doing TRT subcutaneously broo:lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul:

You're also a retard buddy, if the preservative expires within 28 days then if you use it to reconstitute peptides (which act as an organic food source for bacteria) it would become unsterile FASTER

Idk why I can't reply @AleksandR12 I'm probably just gonna stay at just under 2 months per vial for simplicity. The first vial will get tossed with some left but by month 3, I'll have titrated up to 6mg a week which is exactly one vial every 56d

Got 90% of ts wrong but I’ll let it slide since you wasted your time reading all my post🙏

retard why would 28 days magically be the mark where it loses a majority of sterility or potency we barely have studies for the compounds but yeah we’re gonna have studies showing that 28 days is the max for the reconstituted solution

Only thing we have for sterility and potency after extended period’s is anecdotal reports and majority of them have said they’ve been using the same reconstituted vials for months to a year and they still are potent and fine to use 😂

Can you not read cunt, just dont use expired bac water. calling me a retard lmfao
Yes, I can read.

You yourself stated that the official medical guideline is to discard BAC water 28 days after initial puncture which is correct. I am not saying it's unreasonable to assume it can last for longer while maintaining sterility,

but you made the claim that the SAME BAC water:

A) In the initially punctured vial

B) Deposited into a punctured vial with organic matter in it

would somehow stay sterile indefinitely in case B), whereas it would lose sterility within 28d in case A)?

Is the BAC water preserving the peptides, or are the peptides preserving the BAC water?:lul:

When did I ever claim that 28 days is some special day lol I said that it would lose significant potency even before the 1 year mark,

BECAUSE YOU CLAIMED NO POTENCY IS LOST FOR 1-2 YEARS AFTER RECONSTITUTION:lul::lul::lul:

There is so much empirical evidence that everything degrades from the moment you reconstitute it. For instance, HCG has ~20% degradation after 19 days being stored at 4°C in PBS (https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/000456329803500608).

I know for a fact you don't read studies but you can find empirical evidence on forums as well, take HGH as an example: I found a test regarding loss of main-peak purity conducted on fucking meso within 1 microsecond.

36IU HGH vials were seen to undergo ~7% loss of main-peak purity on the 14th day and ~14% loss of main-peak purity on the 30th day in the context of SEC-HPLC testing, done by some random in a bodybuilding forum and yet you have the AUDACITY to claim there is no evidence reconstituted peptides will degrade years later:lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul::lul:.

The missing purity is degraded protein (irreversible, high-molecular-weight insoluble aggregates), and damn near 10% of it was gone by the 2nd week, which means that this shit starts degrading WAY before the 28 day mark. You're going to trust the anecdote of some retard that used the same vial for a year going off muh vibes over an actual lab test?

Granted, reta is a less complex peptide and most definitely degrades slower but you cannot claim that it won't degrade solely because you yourself lack evidence that it loses potency over time. A lack of evidence is not evidence of absence. Ofc there is evidence suggesting that GLPs (who have similar core structures to reta) have a longer shelf life (~10% a year refrigerated) but that research is based on the pens made from branded Rx's who manufacture and store the peptide in the absence of oxygen (substituted with an inert gas like nitrogen).

Your reta from Shandong Province of China is undergoing oxidization via atmospheric oxygen when you reconstitute and draw that shit in your basement, which is what giga rapes peptide chains boyo.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ignoring the fact that if you're gonna use the same vial for a prolonged period of time it will UNDENIABLY lose a significant amount of it's potency, claiming that a year-old vial is safe to use from a health standpoint just because some random dude on a forum told you they did it and didn't die, makes it a good idea? Do you think none of these retards ever got bacterial or fungal infections pinning some 2 year old shit. There are definitely people who have died from sepsis as a result of this.

I will agree that a lot of people will probably be fine using the same vials for months, however, you are acting as if THERE IS NO RISK.

If you're willing to take the risk then take the risk yourself,

don't fucking tell other people to use the same vial for multiple years.

It is because of people like you where these fucking bullshit ideas based on 0 evidence are so prevalent everywhere.

As per the official USP statement, "The BUD [Beyond-Use Date] after initially entering or opening (e.g., needle-puncturing) multiple-dose containers is 28 days (see Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing <51>) unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer." (https://www.uspnf.com/sites/default/files/usp_pdf/EN/USPNF/revisions/gc-797-rb-notice-20200424.pdf)

Do you think the FDA and USP etc. set this standard for no reason?

All current official pharmaceutical follow the USP 51 Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing (FDA REQUIRES USP 51 testing) which is a standardized 28-day protocol where they insert a significant amount of 1 type of yeast, 1 type of mold and 3 types of bacteria as indicator organisms. The parenteral preservatives literally have to show a 3-log REDUCTION by day 14 and no increase from day 14 to day 28 for bacteria, and no more than a 0.5 log unit higher than the initial value of yeast and molds on days 7, 14 and 28. (https://www.fda.gov/media/88801/download)

Ofc everyone's BAC water passed this test so yeah, it's very likely by day 28 there will be no increase in pathogens. If you're using proper aseptic techniques then it's reasonable to assume it can last more than 28 days. However, just because there is no standardized testing past 28 days, does not mean there is no empirical evidence supporting the fact that it cannot become a safety hazard past 28 days. I don't see why you're assuming a reconstituted vial is fine to use for 10x the beyond-use date based on anecdotal evidence from fucking reddit and incel forums.

You're the type of pooron to eat yogurt 2 months after the best before date just to save $3 you fucking Jew.

"In a period of 2 months, opened single- and multiple-dose vials from different wards were sampled by a pharmacist. The name of the medication, ward, labeling of the vials, the date of opening, and storing temperature were recorded for each vial. Remained contents of each vial were cultured using appropriate bacterial and fungal growth media.

Microbial contamination was identified in 11 of 205 (5.36%) of vials. The highest contamination rate was 14.28% for vials used in interventional bronchoscopy unit. The most frequent contaminated medication was insulin. Gram-positive bacteria (81.82%) were more significantly involved than gram-negative ones (9.09%) and fungi (9.09%), with the highest frequency for Staphylococcus epidermidis." (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9427349/)

Although the study was done to improve upon aseptic techniques, it's still a hospital and you can assume the average worker there is more aware of sterility than any dumbass who thinks they should reuse a vial for an entire year. Are you acc trusting that the people you're getting your anecdotal evidence from are wearing gloves, wiping all surfaces and the vial top every single pin:lul:.

The medications administered in this specific study did not use bacteriostatic water, but the point was more so to prove that pathogens will inevitably enter multi-use vials every time you pierce them. You can look at any study that evaluates closure integrity, there is not a singular rubber stopper that can fully sell-seal after multiple punctures. Even if you wipe the top, there are microorganisms from ambient air. Why do you think every single infection control guideline on the planet mandates that multi-dose vials are assumed to be contaminated upon initial puncture?

Given that legit BAC water is tested with high amounts of pathogens as a benchmark, the problem is really whether the 0.9% benzyl alcohol remains stable. You and the other retards are just assuming that it will stay stable when there are many factors that are actively threatening the BA content.

1. because BA has high vapour pressure it will slowly evaporate when air enters to displace the drawn liquid
2. because BA is a primary alcohol every time you expose it to air and light, it undergoes oxidation with ambient molecular oxygen into benzaldehyde and benzoic acid which will not do shit
3. because water is polar and the rubber stopper is made of non-polar rubber polymers, a significant amount gets absorbed INTO the stopper itself

(other causes are more or less insignificant, like leaching onto the sides of borosilicate glass vials or absorption into the plastic and rubber of syringes)

If the BA content goes from 0.9% to 0.5% that will be render the solution weak enough for bacteria to proliferate, and if you know anything about biology that shit happens logarithmically.

You do not know at which point this will happen which makes it even MORE dangerous and someone who believes your bullshit might be less careful because they genuinely believe a reconstituted solution is guaranteed sterility for a year+.

These things happen over time, and ofc they happen over a timeframe longer than 28 days. I have never claimed that it is an automatic toss after four weeks, hence why my initial post was asking whether a timeframe of >1 and <2 months was reasonable, in case anyone had relevant studies on-hand but after doing my own research it turns out there isn't much, which makes sense given there are both economic and liability incentives to not test beyond 28 days.

Like no fucking shit the majority of vials will be fine for a few months with 90%+ original BA content

But all it takes is some bad luck or one bad vial and someone's fucked.

Is that extra $20 worth dying from sepsis:lul:

Keep listening to "muh anecdotal evidence! It's good until it's gone broo!", the stupidity and ignorance of people when it comes to medications, dosing, and reconstitution is genuinely insane. If you need the $20 that badly you need to fuck off and seek employment.

I hope you actually die of sepsis, or tbh you can survive it and end up $100,000+ in debt due to a prolonged ICU stay and rope anyway because you're an impoverished subhuman that can't afford more than one vial of bac water and one vial of reta.

Fucking retard unironically telling people it's fine to pin shit that was reconstituted 1-2 years ago, just because it you haven't died yet does not mean it is a SHIT IDEA and you're actually going to get someone killed with your dogshit anecdotal advice.

Kill yourself NOW so other people don't accidentally read your nonsense and pin 7 year old giga aged rat piss.

Ignorant piece of shit like deadass, if any pathogens enter your bloodstream you have like a 30% of dying but yea bro save your 20 shekels bro :lul:

Ignorant piece of shit like deadass, if any pathogens enter your bloodstream you have like a 30% of dying but yea bro save your 20 shekels bro :lul:
