What to do with hair

not sure what style i should go for. my current hair is pretty unmaintained. i feel it wouldn't be so bad if my hair at the front of my face wasnt so flat, it just falls down. + when i use product on my hair it just leaves it looking greasy.
any fixxs?

Keep growing them and dont use shampoo unless u have to, also just fix them with ur hand or something
