what to do with my eye area

my orbits are vertically tall and not compact bc the supraorbital rim is too high and the infraorbital rim is too low. Scared of being botched and dont know what should be done individual/supraorbital implant or fat graft etc, if its implants gonna do rhino with it so i need some advice

bump, also my nose projection and lenght is ideal however my nose tip is bulbous can it be fixed with a standart rhinoplasty? Havent seen good before afters for bulby nose rhinos
