16y/o - 2nd photo was morning after a shower it gets puffier throughout the day. I would love to stay looking like the second photo (second photo was from a video)

you got nice long hair, thats perfect (no slavecut for the love of god) you could try getting your hair off your forehead maybe with some messy middlepart or something

I would but i have a large forehead. Do you have any tips for me to get my hair like how it was in the secondphoto and keep it?

At 16, your hair and hairline are still maturing, so keep it simple. For puffiness, use a lightweight conditioner and avoid overwashing; towel‑dry and use a blow dryer with cold/low heat to shape. A barber can thin out bulk with layers so it lays flatter. If you want volume like in your second photo, use a matte paste or clay (e.g. Baxter’s, Hanz de Fuko) rubbed between your palms and scrunched through damp hair, then let it air‑dry. For a high forehead, a textured fringe can balance proportions, but avoid heavy, straight bangs that scream "cope." Experiment with a middle or off‑center part and see what frames your face best. – ethan santana

Probably take a little bit length off the sides for less "puffiness"
