What to do with my hair?

So my lenght to with ratio is like 1.4, i measured 1.38 but i think i did it wrong so lets say its 1.4, what do i do with my hair to make my face look more "ballanced"? Do i cut it a bit or let it grow, or just keep it that way, and dont look at my eyes, i have some ai bullshit thing on my phone and it makes my eyes look like im chineese with down syndrome.
