I’ve been on Retatrutide for about two weeks now. My first and second dose were both 2mg.

The night of my first dose for obvious reasons I felt nothing but the day after there was only slight (possibly placebo) appetite suppression. I brushed this to the side however the next day it was clear, I didn’t feel as hungry I felt more saciated after meals and I didn’t start to feel nauseous if I left breakfast to long in the day. Over the next few days it just got better, barely any cravings, fuller faster and more stable energy levels. However the real way I knew it wasn’t just placebo was when I tried to have my weekly cheat meal I would usually order the same thing for a takeaway and finish it with ease but that week, I could barely finish half and I didn’t even want desert. The second week I felt this same if not better (Probaly because the doses where overlapping) not much else I can say.

Side effects:
While side effects have been prevalent there very mild and not detrimental to quality of life. Stuff like acidy burps, slight nausea after meals and a dip in overall energy. However the biggest one is the morning 2 days after each dose I have felt quite nauseous but this went away but the time I got ready for work.

Overall, so far it’s going well and it’s a great compound to make weight loss a breeze if done right. I’m open to answering questions…

7 Inch pizza, chips and cheese and chicken wings. Only hate about half of it all.

How harsh was the dip in energy? As well did the nausea ever get to the point of being sick/ throwing up?

The energy dip isn’t that bad it’s just about noticeable, it can even be written of as just the fact your body isn’t getting enough calories.

However, on week 3 I took 3mg. Which was a big mistake I woke up the next day after waking up a few times in the night really nauseous and dizzy, I had no desire to eat and no energy to do anything. Everytime I went to brush my teeth I would feel like I wanted to throw up and sometimes had to stop half way through. That lasted about 3-4 days until I was alright again. I took 3mg again last night and today i feel completely fine.

Lesson for the futrue, don’t titrate up to much to fast.

Gotcha, as well how often do you take it because i've seen people mention taking it on a schedule of once a week or every 6 days as needed. But you mentioned 3mg last night and today. I might be reading too much into it and acting like a dunce. Much appreciated info though.

Optimally you should take it twice a week because it’s half life is roughly 7-9 days so near the end of the week effects start to dim if your only injecting one per week.

The energy dip might disappear at higher dosages. Although commonly reported on GLP1 use, most reta users from the trials have been reporting increased energy. Obviously due to the glucogon, which is a thermogenic.
