You just aren't out enough everybody can tan it could also be because of your diet alot of plants can give you Phototoxicity due to its contents furanocoumarins and some people find cutting plants completly out of there diet made them tan alot better and helps immensely with uv damage

I wouldn't rather bother supplementing anything depends on goals but I pwuld recommend raw carnivore with some animal products like dairy cheese milk only thing you really need to supplement on the diet is electrolytes or you can simplfy eat more meat
