This is all personal experience.
Gymmaxxing is one of the best looksmaxxes.
But alot of you faggots get scammed, Therefore this guide is to make sure you buy the right things for your gymmaxxing cycles.
Alot of you buy the little grip toy (Bad)
Which is absolutely useless.
Instead get dumbbells that have discs with different weights. Pictures in the replies once i get my phone.
Get a bucket and rice for rice training. (Good)
Simple, Get cheap rice a bucket and move it with your forearms.
Resistance bands: (Okay)
Only useful if you have free weights.
Lifting belt: (Okay)
It's okay i guess, Not really useful just for preventing injury when deadlifting or for better posture.
Best Gym equipement :
Straps : Honestly the most useful ever, You get a jacked back and you wont feel your forearms on a back day. Get one asap.
Compression clothing : Shows off pump and muscle defenition, Also you wont have to use your actual clothes to workout
Best gym supplements :
Must get : Whey protein, How is one supposted to cut wihtout whey.
Pre workout : Self explanatory.
Fat burners : Really useful on a cutting and bulking cycle.
Vitamins and minerals : Pretty useful for higher T And alot of other things, But if you have a great diet then you don't need them.
