What exercises are the best to just try and hide that fucking wide waist, I get it to just work on ur shoulders or back but what exercise should I do exactly?

Yea recently started doing it consistently, but I need to some times eat something to not loose a lot of musclesstarve.
Yea thank you a lot G, but I think my biggest problem right now is losing body fat that’s it, I’ve been building enough muscle for now so yeah if u got any tips on losing body fat fast like cardio or smth like that tell meTry to have as nice muscular defined abs as possible IMO and low-ish bodyfat, takes eyes off the hips and fills in the gap between ribcage and hips. I also got wide hips X wide shoulders build but my abs and obliques development are so good they carry my midsection anyway. Obliques are super important for abs aesthetics especially the lower obliques along the inguinal line/V-line. Train forward flexion ie incline sit-ups/crunches/leg-HIP raises + rotation ideally at the very least. Good V-taper, big chest and leg/lower body development helps too in making the waist look much smaller as well. Not just lats serratus anterior development is also very important.
