What to Hop on for muscle (maybe bone) mass, explain to me like im 5

im 17, im ok with my body but want to improve, what could i hop on to increase muscle mass if it also helps with bones that is cool but mostly muscle and also explain PCT what to take, best answer gets 50 reps by me help me bhais.
 
300-500 test 16-20 weeks, a serm pct with clomid or nolva or just cruise if you want to

the test should be enough for first cycle but you can add 250-400 EQ

I don’t think 300 Test will do much for bones…

at 17 i dont think anything will do shit for bones

doubt hes willing to try tren or halo on first cycle
