You could start by toning down that hyperemotional feminine whining and focus on improving the following:

Eye area, (since this is one of the most important here in my opinion)
- Upper eyelid exposure
- Faint and undefined brows
- Thin, lacking eyelashes

Rest of face,
- Poor, pale coloring
- Acne house skin
- Lips are chapped as fuck
- Overall dimorphism (unless you're going for a pretty boy look)
