start at 1mg then do 1.5 then 2 then 2.5 weekly until you’re up to 4mg. Then cruise. There isn’t really much to know, once you’re at your desired body fat percentage slowly taper off it down to one again and then come off this isn’t too important but if you’ve been on it for awhile and that’s a decently high dose you can mess with your insulin levels by just coming off immediately and if you’re on loads you may slightly risk going and diabetic but obviously this is extremely rare and not something you have to worry about this dose. Keep it animal based if you can (paleo diet) or smth. Eat a pretty big deficit because you will be anyway from the appetite suppression and try and get at least 10 to 15,000 steps a day track your calories at the start after awhile you probably won’t even need to, keep your protein as high as possible and keep going to the gym every day 4 to 5 times a week. If you’re drinking alcohol on it have the majority of your calories near the start of the day and then have some sugary drinks throughout the night to keep your blood sugar levels stable, you will probably throw up and if you do, drink absolutely loads and loads and loads of water before bed as well as electrolytes. You should be drinking electrolytes every single day and make sure you get good ones.I'm thinking of buying 20mg
