What to look for in a psychologist?

I initially only searched for old male psychologists but most either look like hippie BB's or must have been so good looking in their youth they'll have no way to relate to what I'm talking about.

It's for anxiety, I need it to get benefits from the government, but I don't want to waste 10-20 hours having conversations with a retard.

Would going to an old female psychologist be worth it? Or would they just try to bluepill me?

Even if they look like beta buxxers? There's also a lot more female psychologists so I won't have to drive as far. You're probably right tho, I feel as if for something as general as anxiety most psychologists would do, but I'll try to find a boomer.

I don’t have the answer to your question but I really don’t think gender matters that much. Especially if the main issue in question is anxiety.

I would look at reviews and see what people have to say then pick based off who sounds like they’d be a good fit + conveniently located
