What to look for when doing rhino?

I’m going to Lebanon to do rhinoplasty and maybe genioplasty under local anaesthesia, what should I look for before doing this? What are some red flags etc, anyone here who has done surgery overseas have any advice? Thxs.

Can you give more info? How much, and what are you doign to your nose?

Are they going to break any bones? Or just tipoplasty? Very rare any surgeon would agree to do a rhino under local...
