I’m 14 this is my pallet. I feel like it’s narrow I’m going to orthodontist soon what do I say to get them to approve me for a pallet expander on my insurance I do want to be able to breathe out of one side of my nose but I don’t know if that will be enough purposes, and I feel like it will help my Modeling career

The best reason to use would be to say that you have trouble breathing through your nose and have sleep apnea.
