What to take for organ health whilst on trt/roids ?

im going to be running 250mg of testosterone e, as well as arimidex to fight aromatisation.

both of these are kinda hard on your system and so im wondering what could I take to minimize damage to my organs ?

Tudca, Milk Thistle, Nac, Astralagus, fish oils. Don’t think you’ll need actual strong heart meds for example since it’s a very mild cycle, but check your blood work every month or so.
