What to tell radiology center for CT?

Hello,

I want to do a 3D CT scan of my full face so i can get custom implants.
I am having a consultation with a dentist who will hopefully refer me soon.

What do I have to say so they don't fuck it up?
I was thinking "Cranial CT Scan".
But I also saw someone posting "Facial ct scan without contrast". Does anybody know more about this contrast thing? Is it important?
And I have also read that a CBCT sometimes isn't sufficient. Anybody know why?
