What to tell surgeon when getting rihno?

Im planning on getting rihnoplasty after genio ,my nose tip i a bit bulbous/droopy. What should i tell my surgeon? i want prettyboish nose/ramirez nose. Should i show him pictures of nose that i want? i cant show him ramirez photo

Prettyboy nose is chico nose. It's a feminine type nose. Ramirez had a straight masculine projected nose.

i want more defined tip. maybe less wide alar base. Thanks but i will always find some imperfections
