What to use during purging phase ??

Currently using Adepalen + BPO ( it 2 in 1 ) since 3 weeks and , im handling it pretty well but i still get like a pimple every 3 days

I just want to ask whats the best thing yall used to calm or to get rid of that pimple on days were yall didnt use the retenoid

i’m on epiduo rn honestly just use a moisturiser on the days you don’t use it and just give it time eventually it will clear up

Like i said i almost dont get any pimples but 1 fucker comes evry 2-3 days
