What to use for mild hyperpigmentation ?

already using azelaic acid and vit c, was wondering if hydroquinone would be too extreme or ill add a retinol/kojic acid so give me suggestions

i used hydroquinone but ngl it didnt do shit for me, i only used it for a month tho but maybe it wasn't potent enough. add kojic acid and gluth (fat soluable pills if u dont wanna inject) for sure
