What to use for my skin except accutane

Im going to buy tretinoin 0.1%, but some people say it can make it even worse and lower percentages aren't strong enough to get rid of my skin problems. So which percentage should I use, or maybe try something else?

I personally use azelaic acid along with accutane also I recommend keeping actives minimal
