What to use for my skin?

Ive been on tret for about two months about to increase the dose to .05%, but i was thinking what would be better to use tret or tazarotene? I was also thinking on taking accutane but because it summer and the uv is insanely high i would probably wait until sep-oct when its lower and is also not that cold to the point where my skin and lips will be extremely dry. Any tips? Also here are some pics to show my skin quality most of it is in my chin area which i dont know why.

I would gladly do accutane in summer while using spf, but during the summer im tryna tan too look better throughout fall-spring, but because im on acc i wont be able to tan so thats why im tryna decide if i should take tazarotene or tret

You wouldn't be able to tan without damaging you skin on any of these. Also you need clear your skin fast it is by far your biggest problem tanning is no where near as important

I got good genetics honestly my skin dont get damaged when i tan even in like 9 uv, but on accutane i most likely will so im not gonna go that harsh during summer js something like tret or tazarotene
