What to use to make hair silky and soft (no chemicals)

My barber fucked my hair and I'm gonna grow it out but it will be too thick so I need something so make my hair soft and silky.

Use natural shampoos and conditioners w no harsh chemicals like sulphates parabens anything like that and start using leave in conditioner it preserves moisture
