What topical skin care products should be avoided which may burn the fat pads away?

Example- Latisse, a product for eyebrow growth is known to burn the fat pads.
Can someone name other examples?
If someone has already fucked their fat pads due to some dumb topical cream, can fillers restore the natural look?
