What treatments can I get while on isotretinoin to improve skin texture and scarring?

What treatments can i get without damaging / burning my face off while on iso-tretinoin, right now I'm on 20mg might bring it up to 30-40mg later on but for right now let's assume it's a low dose what treatments should i and can i get to improve my skin texture overall and get rid of scarring?
