Tazarotene >. But I guess 0.05 would be a good starting dose for tret. 0.0025 if your skin is really sensitive.

0.02% worked my way up from there to the strongest my skin could handle which is 0.08%, 0.1% dries my skin a lot.

last year i did 0.1 and my literally crusted off. this year i started on 0.05 going super well, then turned to 0.1, going little rough but its calm
