My acne is not bad really but i occasionally get the odd breakout. Will 0.025% be good or is that not effective?

Yes start with that, if you go high too fast your skin get irritated

like the other guy said start with 0.025, later u can go to 0.05 then 0.1 if ur skin tolerates it. flaking, irritation and peeling can from 0.025 aswell since ur just starting out so make sure u stick with it you can even do 0.025 every 3 days or sum for starters if ur skin gets irritated it really depends on the person.

also get a good moisturizer and spf50++ when u start tret it will be needed

I have it too dw, add some azeliac acid 15-20% in ur routine and ull be good to go, rep me:peepoChill:

The highest concentration your skin can handle and no im not joking. Also use every day with the exception of fucking your skin barrier over, keep cicaplast on hand for that

Using a concentration too weak or too infrequently you'll never get over the retinization phase.

What if i use tretinoin only for PIE? Will it still work 🦴😅
yes somewhat, aslong as u moisturize enough, all you rly need to do is make sure the skinbarrier is fine and not irritated and it will for the most part heal by itself, unless its stubborn.
