hydrocortisones if used correctly but the endocrine system could get disrupted if used wrong

I would be interested to hear if anyone had experience with this. I have read stuff and seen some before and after pictures that show accutane definitely works to shrink the cartilage in the nose but the effect is minor. I also wonder if it would stay after you quit accutane.

I doubt it stays after quitting

Wouldn't you need to use it for long periods of time for this to happen?
correct, you would need to reach a cumulative dose of above 10,000 mg i would imagine (depending on your size)

What has been your experience using 1% hydrocortisone?
You should notice a difference within a week or two, as it thins the skin on the nose, resulting in a smaller nose overall. Apply a pea sized amount nightly for 2 weeks. Then, begin applying it only 1-3 times a week, as you don’t want the skin to be too thin. 1% can be found at pharmacies, amazon, etc.
