What type of acne is this?

First time getting this type of acne and on my jaw, any fix or what’s causing it?

It can happen even for a bad diet, try maintaining a good diet which is most important. And then use a good cleanser and maintain a routine with spf50, moisturiser from good brands like la roche posay or cerave and if required then use tret from skinorac and that should be enough for long term
