Some considerations:

- It should increase bitemporal width to give illusion of wider skull
BUT
- If you have projected zygos with decent bonemass, extending the width of the face is not worth the exchange of hiding your lateral zygos and potentially hiding hollow cheeks
- Hair covering forehead is generally a good idea, as narrower skulls tend to have an overly large top third. In general, a sort of fringe will lower your perceived hairline, shrinking the perception of a narrower skull (improves perception of your tFWHR)
