What type of Laser treatment should I undergo for this skin condition?

Has anyone had experience with facial laser treatment or have undergone a type of laser treatment on their face in here? I have like 30 of these freckle/flat moles on my face.. the only treatment I have found is CO2 lasering but if anyone has further knowledge please educate me
