What type of needle should I get for lemon bottle

I was gonna use some needles that my mom already had cuz she’s diabetic but ofc right as the lemon bottle is abt to come I find out the needles are old asf and not sterile. So here I am asking u niggers, I Alr have a needle in mind but what yall recommend
